This Privacy Policy explains how My Bid Boss ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our subscription estimating software for residential and commercial cleaning companies (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Account information. Name, email, company name, and password used to create and secure your account.

Billing information. Plan, subscription status, and transaction records. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.

Business content. Company profile, pricing settings, estimates, and customer information you enter for the purpose of creating quotes.

Usage data. Log information such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and timestamps.

Cookies. Essential cookies for authentication and session management, and limited analytics cookies to understand product usage.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, role-based access controls, and row-level authorization — to protect your information. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent.
